How do I input specific, hard-coded delivery instructions? Log in to your corporate Admin Tool, navigate to the “Company Details” tab, and then “Locations”. Choose your location and click “edit”. There is a box that allows you to enter in default delivery instructions.
Please note that hard-coded delivery instructions will only appear if an ordering permission is tied to that specific location.
Our email handles have changed; how do I update that in my corporate account? Reach out to your Client Success Manager to assist. They will be able to bulk delete and then bulk upload new email addresses in a timely manner.

How do I add multiple locations to my Line of Credit (LOC)? You can set up (up to 50) office locatons under a single LOC. Previously, your LOC was restricted to one location. Employees assigned to the LOC can then use it at any office by simply choosing the location they are in. You can also create ‘groups’ of employees with different budgets under the same LOC that can apply over multiple locations. Contact your Client Success Manager or Client Relations to set this up.
