1. How do I access the Admin Portal?
Sign into your account and locate the “Hi, name” in the upper right hand corner. Click on the down arrow next to your name for the drop down then click “Group Administration”.
2. How do I request to add restaurants and caterers to our account?
Please reach out to your Client Success Manager and they can submit the referrals for you!
3.Why am I getting an error message?
We will need more information before we can determine the issue. First, log out of grubhub.com, clear your internet browser’s cache and cookies and log back in. If you continue to get an error message, please take a screenshot of the error and reach out to Client Relations for further assistance.
