There is a tab at the top of the homepage that says ‘Catering.’ This will direct you to the catering restaurants we have available. You can order up to a week in advance currently by selecting ‘later’ on the ordering time.
Can I be automatically copied on all orders?
Not at this time. Currently, the email confirmations can only be sent to the email address that was used to place the order.

Can I edit or cancel an order?
You may cancel your order up to 24 hours prior to your delivery date.
At this time we do not have the capability to edit orders, you will need to cancel the original order or place a separate order for the additions.
How do I schedule a group order?
Under “Create a new order”, select “Group Order” and fill out the necessary details.
Select the employees to participate in the group order.
Choose the restaurants for your team to order from.
Confirm and save the group order details.

Can I cancel a group order?
If the group order window has not opened, you can cancel the order in the admin portal of your account.
If the ordering window is open and employees have ordered, reach out to Client Relations at [email protected] and they’ll see about cancelling the order for you.
Can I resend welcome emails to employees?
Definitely! Log into the “Group Administration” portal, then select “Employees” and click the envelope symbol next to the employee’s name you would like to resend the welcome email to.
